SPRING CLEAN UP - Remove leaves and debris from lawn and landscape beds to prepare for growing season, all trees and shrubs will be cut back to allow for safe mowing conditions and optimal grass growing conditions. Clean up prices vary from year to year.
POWER RAKE LAWN - Included and will be done with the spring clean up, helps your lawn recover and wake up from the winter, also thatches and helps remove debris from the lawn. Clean up prices vary from year to year.
(OPTIONAL PRUNING) Prune and shape ornamental trees and shrubs with spring clean up.
MOW AND TRIM - There are usually 28 to 30 mowings per season. We mow once a week and try to mow on your scheduled day. If the weather gets too hot and dry in the summer we mow only if it needs it. Weather or other conditions may throw the schedule off.
SIDE WALK EDGING - Done once a month for 8 months, trim growth over sidewalk and curb and maintain with mowing.
(OPTIONAL PRUNING) Late summer prune and shape ornamental trees and shrubs, trim new growth to keep shrubs neat.
FALL LEAVE CLEAN UP - 2 clean ups are usually needed to help keep the lawn clean and healthy. Clean up prices vary from year to year.
FIRST LEAF CLEAN UP - Late October to mid November, clean leaves and debris from lawn landscape areas.
FINAL LEAF CLEAN UP - Mid November to early December thoroughly clean leaves and debris from lawn and landscape areas.
(OPTIONAL PRUNING) Prune and shape ornamental trees and shrubs with fall clean up.
